Revision of Dearness Allowance Rates for Central Government Employees under 5th CPC

The Ministry of Finance has issued an order to revise the Dearness Allowance (DA) for employees still drawing pay under the 5th Central Pay Commission. The DA rate has been increased from 466% to 474% of the Basic Pay. This revision is effective from 1st July 2025. All Ministries and Departments are instructed to implement these provisions accordingly.
