1. Information only, not official
The Circular Express is an independent information service. It is not a government website and is not connected with or endorsed by any government, ministry, department or authority. Nothing on the site is legal, financial, medical or career advice.
2. Always check the original
We collect circulars from public official websites and show short summaries and key details, some prepared with the help of automated tools including artificial intelligence. We try to be accurate and timely, but we do not promise that anything on the site is complete, correct or up to date. Before you act on any circular, notice, vacancy, tender or deadline, read the original document on the official website. We are not responsible for any loss, missed deadline or decision resulting from use of the site.
3. Registration and access
Some circulars can be opened only after you verify your mobile number or register. You must give correct information and keep your login details safe. We may suspend or remove access if the site is misused.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy the site in bulk by automated means, to disturb or attack the site, to use it for anything unlawful, or to present our content as your own.
5. Content and ownership
The circulars and documents belong to the authorities that issued them. Our summaries, selection, layout, design, weekly PDF and newsletter belong to us. You may share them with your colleagues and friends, including by forwarding on WhatsApp, for personal and non-commercial use. Any other use, including commercial reuse, needs our written permission.
6. Links to other sites
The site links to official and other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or availability.
7. Removal and corrections
If you believe any content is wrong or should be removed, write to contact@circularexpress.in with the link and the reason. We will look into it promptly.
8. Paid services
If we offer paid memberships or subscriptions, the price and period shown when you buy apply. For any billing question, please contact us.
9. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the site. The site is provided “as it is”.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi will have jurisdiction.
