• The Ministry of Finance has notified the National Bank for Financing Infrastructure and Development General (Amendment) Rules, 2025.
• It introduces a concessional fee rate of 0.1% for government guarantees on borrowings from multilateral institutions, sovereign wealth funds, and other specified foreign entities.
