The Office of the Additional Director, CGHS Kanpur, has accepted the voluntary withdrawal of Sharma Nursing Home from the CGHS empanelment. The termination of services is effective from 14.11.2025 following the completion of the one-month notice period. CGHS rates and terms remain applicable to any beneficiaries currently admitted until their discharge. The process for releasing the Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) will be initiated as per the Memorandum of Agreement.
