• The Finance Department of Jammu & Kashmir has mandated the implementation of the e-Sanction Module and the Re-appropriation & Surrender Module within the JK BEAMS platform.
• These modules facilitate online preparation, processing, and approval of administrative and financial sanctions, as well as re-appropriation and surrender proposals.
• All departments must now use the digital workflow for these financial processes.

To implement digital modules for e-Sanction and Re-appropriation & Surrender in JK BEAMS to reduce physical file dependence and improve audit trails.
Most Important Details
All Administrative Departments, Controlling Officers, Heads of Departments, and DDOs must process sanctions and re-appropriation proposals through the prescribed digital workflow in JK BEAMS. Sanctions must be digitally signed.
