This circular provides guidelines for extending the revised pay scales under the CCS (RP) Rules, 2016, to employees of Quasi-Government and Autonomous Organizations funded by the Central Government. It specifies that such revisions are not automatic and require approval based on functional considerations and financial self-sufficiency. Organizations must manage additional financial impacts, with government support limited to 70% in specific cases.
