The CGHS has issued an office memorandum regarding the discontinuation and de-empanelment of several Health Care Organisations (HCOs) in Prayagraj and Varanasi due to the non-renewal of their empanelment. These HCOs are blocked on the HEM/TMS 2.0 portal effective from 16.09.2026. Patients currently undergoing treatment at these facilities are permitted to continue their care under existing credit facilities until completion. Beneficiaries are advised to shift to other empanelled HCOs for future treatment. Pending credit bills must be submitted within 45 days of discharge or consultation to avoid rejection.
