The CGHS has extended the deadline for existing empanelled Health Care Organisations (HCOs) to execute the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) until 30th April 2026. This extension was granted due to technical challenges encountered during the rollout of the HEM 2.0 digital portal. HCOs failing to comply by the new deadline will be de-empanelled from the Transaction Management System (TMS 2.0) effective 1st May 2026. No further extensions will be granted, and HCOs are advised to expedite their HFR/HPR registrations and application submissions. The directive applies to all currently empanelled HCOs under the CGHS scheme.
