Nomination for 1st One Year Executive Programme in Public Policy and Management (EPPPM) at IIM Calcutta

The Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) has announced the 1st One Year Executive Programme in Public Policy and Management (EPPPM) in collaboration with IIM Calcutta, commencing on July 18, 2026. The programme is designed for officers of All India Services, Central Civil Services (Group A), and State Civil Services (Group A) to enhance governance and policy skills through a hybrid model. Eligible officers must have completed 5 years of Group A service and have at least 5 years of service remaining. Nominations must be routed through the respective Cadre Controlling Authorities and reach DoPT by July 15, 2026. Participants are required to execute a bond to serve the government for five years post-completion.
