The Department of Financial Services has nominated Shri Debasish Prusty, Additional Secretary, as a member of the Council for Insurance Ombudsmen. This appointment is made in exercise of Rule 5(2) of the Insurance Ombudsmen (Amendment) Rules, 2023. He replaces Shri Ashish Madhaorao More, Joint Secretary, with immediate effect. The nomination remains valid until further orders.
