The Central Government has nominated Shri Sanjay Lohiya, Secretary, Department of Financial Services, as a Director on the Central Board of Directors of the State Bank of India. This appointment is made in exercise of the powers conferred by the State Bank of India Act, 1955. The nomination is effective immediately and will remain in force until further orders. Shri Lohiya replaces Shri Nagaraju Maddirala in this position. This notification is issued by the Ministry of Finance.
