The Department of Pension & Pensioners' Welfare has issued guidelines for the nationwide Digital Life Certificate (DLC) Campaign 4.0, scheduled for November 2025. The campaign aims to facilitate life certificate submission for pensioners through camps in 2000 cities across India. Stakeholders including banks, India Post Payments Bank, and various ministries will coordinate to organize these camps and provide technical support. A dedicated portal has been launched for nodal officer registration and progress tracking. Special provisions are included for pensioners aged 80 and above to ensure uninterrupted pension services.
