Revision of Dearness Allowance Rates for Central Government Employees under 6th CPC

The Department of Expenditure has issued an Office Memorandum regarding the revision of Dearness Allowance (DA) for employees drawing pay under the 6th Central Pay Commission. The DA rate has been enhanced from 252% to 257% of the basic pay. This revision is effective from July 1, 2025. All Ministries and Departments are instructed to bring these orders to the notice of organizations under their administrative control.
