• The Competent Authority has dropped all charges levelled against Shri B.V. Subhakar, Officer Surveyor (Retd), vide Survey of India Memorandum dated 29-09-2025.
• Consequently, the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the retired officer are hereby closed without the imposition of any pensionary penalty under Rule 8 of the Central Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 2021, as per the authority of the DST.
