The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the inter-cadre transfer of Shri Tushar Singla, IAS (WB: 2015) from the West Bengal cadre to the Bihar cadre. This transfer is granted on the grounds of marriage to Ms. Navjot Simi, IPS (BH: 2018). The transfer is effective from 01.11.2022. This decision was made in compliance with the order dated 31.08.2022 of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi.
