The Department of Personnel & Training has approved the extension of the deputation tenure for Shri Shankar Lal Bhalotia, IP&T AFS(92), as the Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) of the Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC), Kolkata. The extension is granted for a period of two years beyond August 13, 2022. The tenure will now continue until August 13, 2024, or until further orders, whichever is earlier. This decision follows the proposal submitted by the Ministry of Power.
