The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has issued the Telecom Consumers Protection (Third Amendment) Regulations, 2012. This amendment allows service providers to include a base tariff plan in the Start-Up Kit, which ceases upon the activation of a Plan Voucher.
