The Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) is inviting applications from eligible practicing advocates for empanelment to represent the Central Board before various judicial forums including the High Court, CGIT, CAT, DCDRF, SCDRC, NCDRC, and Lower/District Courts in Uttarakhand. Applicants must be registered with the Bar Council and possess at least ten years of relevant experience in civil, service, and labour matters. The initial tenure for the empanelment is two years, effective from April 1, 2019, to March 31, 2021. Interested candidates must submit their applications in the prescribed format by January 15, 2019. Existing panel advocates are also required to apply afresh to be considered for the new panel.
