The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has released draft amendments to the Telecommunication Consumers Education and Protection Fund Regulations, 2007. The proposed changes include updating definitions for designated banks and refining terminology related to claims filed before Consumer Forums. Stakeholders are invited to submit written comments on these draft regulations by August 14, 2023. Comments should be sent electronically to the Advisor (CA & IT) at TRAI.
