The Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) is inviting applications from practicing advocates to be empanelled as Panel Counsel for the Supreme Court of India. Eligible candidates must have at least ten years of experience in handling civil, service, and labour law matters. The initial empanelment period is for two years, from April 1, 2019, to March 31, 2021. Interested advocates must submit their applications in the prescribed format by March 1, 2019. Existing panel advocates are also required to apply afresh to be considered for the new panel.
