The A.P. Kurhekar Committee has announced Phase II of the refund process for investors of Citrus Check Inns Limited and Royal Twinkle Star Club Pvt. Ltd. Following a Supreme Court order dated 25th May 2026, all investors are now eligible for a refund of up to Rs. 5,000, regardless of their original investment amount. The online refund portal will be operational from 1st August 2026 to 14th September 2026. Investors must register their claims exclusively through the designated website. All previous investors, including those excluded from Phase I, are eligible to apply.
