Uttar Pradesh Medical Supplies Corporation Limited (UPMSCL) has issued a revised workflow for the generation of Invoice Forwarding Notes (IFN) via the DVDMS portal. Suppliers can now generate IFNs only upon 100% receipt of contracted quantity, voluntary closure after 90% supply, or after 120 days from the purchase order date for partial supplies. This new process aims to ensure timely and transparent payment processing. The revised guidelines are effective from July 1, 2025, and no further material receipts will be accepted once an IFN is generated. Suppliers are strictly advised to adhere to these new procedures to avoid payment delays.
