The EPFO Head Office has issued a directive to all Zonal Heads regarding the failure of 49 field offices to share and repost social media content as instructed. Zonal Offices are now required to establish a robust mechanism to ensure all field offices comply with social media outreach instructions and update the designated trackers promptly. Non-compliance is viewed seriously as it undermines coordinated outreach efforts. Zonal and Regional Office nodal officers must be added to the C&PR WhatsApp group for better monitoring. Immediate action is required to rectify the pending updates.
