ICMR Promotion of Scientists E to Scientists F under Health Research Scientist Cadre Rules 2025

The Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) has approved the assessment promotion of six scientists from Scientist E to Scientist F, effective from January 1, 2026. The promotion is based on the recommendations of the Assessment Board under the Health Research Scientist Cadre (HRSC) Rules, 2025. Additionally, Dr. Ashwini Vinod Shete has been recognized as 'Exceptionally Meritorious' and granted a relaxation in the residency period for future promotions. The concerned institutes are directed to fix the pay of the promoted scientists as per existing rules.
