Promotion of Scientists from Scientist-F to Scientist-G under Revised Flexible Complementing Scheme

The Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) has issued an office memorandum regarding the promotion of six scientists from Scientist-F to Scientist-G. These promotions are granted under the Revised Flexible Complementing Scheme (RFCS) for the board year 2025. The promotions are effective from July 1, 2025, with applicable pay level-14 benefits. Scientists not listed in the memorandum have been assessed as 'Not Yet Fit' for promotion. The concerned institutes are directed to fix the pay of the promoted scientists as per existing rules.
