Assessment of Scientists under Revised Flexible Complementing Scheme at ICMR

The Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) is initiating the assessment process for the promotion of scientists under the Revised Flexible Complementing Scheme effective from July 1, 2025. Directors and Heads of Divisions are required to submit the necessary information for eligible scientists by May 10, 2025. It is mandatory to ensure that scientists have completed their probation period and that their APARs up to 2024-25 are completed with gradings. Copies of the APARs must be submitted along with the assessment details.
