The Department of Personnel & Training has approved the extension of tenure for Shri Santosh Kumar, IFoS, as the Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) of NHPC. The extension is granted for a period of three months beyond 06.06.2026. The tenure will conclude on 06.09.2026 or until further orders, whichever is earlier. This decision follows the proposal received from the Ministry of Power.
