The Department of Personnel and Training has approved the entrustment of the additional charge of Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) at Rural Electrification Corporation Ltd. (REC), Delhi, to Ms. Simmi R Nakra. Ms. Nakra, who is currently the CVO at Power Finance Corporation (PFC), will hold this additional charge for a period of six months. The appointment is effective from the date of assumption of charge or until a regular CVO is appointed, whichever is earlier. This order follows a proposal from the Ministry of Power.
