The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the inter-cadre deputation of Shri Y. T. Gyatso, IPS (AM:2010), from the Assam-Meghalaya Cadre to the Sikkim Cadre. This deputation is granted for an initial period of three years. The approval is based on the grounds of personal hardship. The Ministry of Home Affairs had submitted the proposal for this transfer.
