NTA Successfully Conducts Joint CSIR-UGC NET June 2026 Examination

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has successfully concluded the Joint CSIR-UGC NET June 2026 examination across India. The computer-based test was held over two days, covering five science disciplines. A total of 1,50,057 candidates appeared for the examination out of 1,87,739 registered applicants. The exam determines eligibility for Junior Research Fellowship, Assistant Professor appointments, and Ph.D. admissions. The process was completed with an overall attendance rate of approximately 80%.
