The Department of Personnel & Training has approved the extension of tenure for Shri A. K. Poddar, IPoS(87), as the Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) in the Container Corporation of India Limited (CONCOR). The extension is granted for a period of two years beyond May 23, 2016. The tenure will continue until May 23, 2018, or until further orders, whichever is earlier. This decision follows the recommendation from the Ministry of Railways.
