The Department of Personnel & Training (DoP&T) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputed institutions or organizations to conduct a 360-degree study on the implementation of the RTI Act, 2005. The study aims to evaluate both the demand and supply sides of the RTI regime to enhance transparency and accountability in governance. Interested parties must submit their proposals, including capability statements and organizational profiles, by January 21, 2013.
