The Department of Personnel and Training (DoP&T) is inviting applications for four short-term fellowships for researchers, journalists, and civil society members working in the field of RTI. The fellowship aims to support field-based research on RTI implementation, transparency, and accountability. Selected fellows will receive a stipend of up to Rs. 2 lakhs for a three-month duration. Applicants must submit their proposals, CVs, and references to the Under Secretary (IR) at North Block, New Delhi. The evaluation will be based on professional experience and the quality of the research proposal.
