Transfer of RTI Application under Section 6(3) of the RTI Act 2005

The Employees Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) has transferred an RTI application filed by Shri Ravi Pandey to its regional offices. The application seeks information regarding rental expenditures for EPFO office premises across India from 2014 to 2025. Since the requested data is held by regional offices, the transfer is made under Section 6(3) of the RTI Act. The applicant is advised to contact the regional offices directly for the information. An appellate authority has been designated for any further grievances.
