The Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) has invited applications for a JICA-sponsored Knowledge Co-Creation Program focused on disaster risk reduction for public infrastructure. The program includes an online phase from October 5-13, 2026, followed by training in Japan from October 14 to December 15, 2026. Eligible candidates must be civil engineers from central or local government with at least 5 years of experience in infrastructure management. Applicants must be between 25 and 45 years old and possess high English language proficiency. Nominations must be submitted through the respective Administrative Ministry or Department by July 21, 2026.
