The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the extension of the additional charge of the post of Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) at Metal Scrap Trading Corporation Ltd. (MSTC), New Delhi. This responsibility is assigned to Shri Satish Kumar, IRSE (Civil) (1997), who is currently the CVO of MECON, Ranchi. The extension is granted for a period of one year, effective from September 4, 2025, to September 3, 2026. This arrangement will continue until a regular CVO is appointed or until further orders are issued, whichever occurs first.
