The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of Shri Jayanta Kumar Khamari, IRSE (Civil) (2008), as the Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) of South Eastern Coalfields Ltd. (SECL), Bilaspur. The appointment is on a lateral shift basis for an initial period of three years, extendable up to 11.05.2027. The officer will serve under the Ministry of Coal at pay level 13. The Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs has been requested to relieve the officer immediately to assume the new assignment.
