The Department of Personnel & Training has approved the entrustment of the additional charge of the post of Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) at NLC India Ltd. (NLCIL), Neyveli. This responsibility is assigned to Shri A. L. Prabhakar, who is currently serving as the CVO at Madras Fertilizers Ltd., Chennai. The appointment is for a period of six months, or until a regular CVO is appointed, or until further orders, whichever is the earliest. This decision follows the proposal received from the Ministry of Coal.
