The Competent Authority has approved the premature repatriation of Shri Vinod Kumar, IFoS(UD:87), Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (IOCL), to his parent cadre due to his promotion. Additionally, Shri Rajiv Kumar Gupta, IFoS(AGMUT:88), CVO of Oil India Ltd. (OIL), has been entrusted with the additional charge of the post of CVO, IOCL. This additional charge is for a period of three months or until the appointment of a regular CVO, whichever is earlier.
