ACC Directive on Inter-cadre Deputation of Shri Udaya Bhaskar Billa, IPS

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has directed the formation of a committee to evaluate the inter-cadre deputation of Shri Udaya Bhaskar Billa, IPS, from the Jammu & Kashmir cadre to the Andhra Pradesh cadre. The proposed committee includes the Secretary of DoP&T, the Establishment Officer & Additional Secretary, and an Additional Secretary from the Ministry of Home Affairs. The proposal for deputation is to be examined by this committee in light of existing guidelines and resubmitted for ACC consideration. This directive was issued by the Department of Personnel and Training.
