Amendment to Notification Regarding Appointment of Member to International Financial Services Centres Authority

The Ministry of Finance, Department of Economic Affairs, has issued a notification amending the previous notification dated July 24, 2020, concerning the International Financial Services Centres Authority. The amendment substitutes the existing entry at serial number 1 with the appointment of Dr. Abhijit Phukon, Economic Adviser, Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services, as a Member. This order is issued in exercise of the powers conferred by the International Financial Services Centres Authority Act, 2019. The notification was signed by Solomon Arokiaraj, Additional Secretary.
