Uttar Pradesh Medical Supplies Corporation Limited (UPMSCL) has issued a revised workflow for the generation of Invoice Forwarding Notes (IFN) via the DVDMS portal. Suppliers can now generate IFNs only upon 100% receipt of contracted quantity, voluntary closure after 90% supply, or after 120 days from the purchase order date for partial supplies. This new process aims to ensure timely and transparent payment processing.
