The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of Shri Manoj Pant, IFS(JK:86) as the Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) in Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), Mumbai. The officer is appointed for a combined Central deputation tenure of 5 years, effective until 05.05.2015 or until further orders, whichever is earlier. He is granted the option to draw pay in the pay scale of Joint Secretary to the Government of India plus deputation allowance or the pay of the post. The Department of Personnel & Training issued this Office Memorandum to formalize the appointment.
