• Junior Engineers (JEs) completing five years of regular service by 01.01.2027 are eligible for promotion to AD-II/SDE for the 2027 vacancy year.
• APARs for eligible JEs from their date of joining up to 31.03.2025 must be completed in all respects.
• Concerned JEs must also complete their mandatory MCTP training before 01.01.2027 to be considered for the promotion process as per the official memorandum.
