• The High Court of Delhi has issued a notice regarding the dress code for advocates appearing before the court.
• In supersession of the previous notice dated 25-02-2026, it is now mandatory for all advocates to wear gowns while appearing before the court.
• This requirement comes into effect from 16th November, 2026 (Monday) and shall remain in force until further orders are issued by the court administration.
