• These guidelines mandate independent quality control checks for all PWD and DDW works in Goa.
• Capital account works costing Rs. 100 Lakh and above must be checked by M/s Engineering Projects (India) Pvt. Ltd.
• All other works are to be checked by Works Division XI, PWD.
• Executive Engineers must ensure work orders are submitted to the relevant quality control agency before the commencement of any project.
