purpose of issuance
To provide a structured mechanism for the participation of qualified start-ups in OIL's procurement processes.
eligibility
Must be a DPIIT-recognized start-up that has successfully completed a pilot project in the relevant technology/product/service category with an Oil & Gas PSU or government department, and the solution must be based on proprietary IP.
Most Important Details
Start-ups must not hold more than three active orders across all O&G PSUs. Start-ups holding two or more active orders with less than 50% physical delivery on any are ineligible for new RFPs. Proposals are currently accepted via email at ed_cp@oilindia.in.
