• The Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) has extended the New Amnesty Scheme, 2025, for a period of three months.
• The scheme, which facilitates the withdrawal of criminal cases against Insured Persons and employers and settles cases under Sections 75 and 82 of the ESI Act, is now operational from 01.10.2026 to 31.12.2026.
