• The ESIC has revised the delegation of financial powers for Annual Repair, Maintenance and Operation (ARMO) and Special Repair (SR) works.
• Deans of Medical Colleges, Medical Superintendents of Hospitals, and Regional Directors are now empowered with full powers for ARMO and up to Rs. 2.00 Cr for SR works.
• These powers must be exercised in accordance with applicable financial rules and technical requirements.
