• Operational CBG plants with a functional Online Gas Analyser are eligible for the Administered CBG Price (ACP) mechanism until 31.03.2027 as a one-time transitional arrangement.
• From 01.04.2027, installation of a prescribed Online Gas Chromatograph or Mass Spectrometer becomes mandatory for continued ACP eligibility.
• This relaxation addresses supply timeline issues for procurement and commissioning of equipment.
